Erin & Bill – Long Island Engagement Session

long island wedding photographer

I first met Erin back in 2010 when we worked together on a March of Dimes charity event. She was the organizer and I was the photographer. Watching her work tirelessly to put that event together out of the kindness of her heart certainly left it’s mark on me. I’ve always prided myself in surrounding myself with good people and she’s a good person so we’ve managed to keep in touch. When she reached out to me a little while about shooting her October wedding, there was no way I was not going to shoot it….not because she’s absolutely stunning and a lot of fun to be around, but because she’s such a good person. Luckily, I had the date open and she was able to book it. I got to hang out with Erin and Bill out in Port Jefferson earlier this week. It was like old friends connecting…..which made for a really good session.

Engaged: Kristin & Kevin at the Bayside Marina

How does that saying go?

“Neither wind, nor rain, nor dark of night will keep this couple from doing their engagement session.” Or something like that…

Well, Kristin and Kevin were not about to let a little wind and rain keep them from getting through their session earlier this week. We had to break out the umbrella for a little while, but these guys were not about to let the weather damper their spirits.
