Silke and I were up well before the crack of dawn for this one. In fact, I think we woke up a few roosters on the way to Ashley & Greg’s sunrise engagement session in Long Beach. I’ll admit that we were moving a bit slowly unloading our equipment from the car. The coffee hadn’t quite kicked in yet when we met Ashley and Greg on the beach. Talk about a wakeup call….they were wide awake and ready to go! You would think they got up that early every day. No doubt their enthusiasm was contagious…..it definitely got our juices flowing, which made for a great session.

Last weekend I made the trip across the Long Island Sound to Greenwich, CT and spent some time with Amanda and Mike. It was a long swim, but I managed to make it across in record time. Okay, maybe I exaggerated about the swimming part, but I did make to Greenwich and got the chance to hang out with this really cool couple. If the engagement session is any indication, their wedding in late September is going to be a blast. You can see how much fun they have when they’re together. It was just non-stop laughs. I had a great time and look forward to seeing them at their wedding.
